Moments Hospice is a Medicare-certified hospice agency dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in the comfort of patients’ homes. Serving communities across Eastern Iowa, we focus on creating individualized care plans that honor each patient’s and family’s unique wishes during the end-of-life process.

Our interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and volunteers—works collaboratively to ensure comfort and dignity from admission through bereavement. By partnering with hospitals, facilities, and community organizations, we strive to increase awareness of the hospice benefit, believing that everyone deserves optimal quality of life during this critical time.

Volunteers are integral to our mission, offering companionship, honoring veterans, and administrative support. Opportunities include patient visits, pet therapy, bereavement support, vigil care, and more. Comprehensive training equips volunteers to provide meaningful, compassionate support during life’s final moments.
